It’s easy to just allow fear and anxiety to take over our thoughts. I think it’s a matter of forming new habits in our daily lives that encourage us to focus on the Lord and scriptures. We have to do it every day just like we brush our teeth and get dressed. I know if I miss a day I can tell!
